Message: My frustrations of this bank’s shortcomings have not changed, but I would like to give credit to Daisy for going above and beyond. Despite our tense exchange (due to my frustration), she went the extra mile to offer at least one victory for me in my very horrible situation. She did what she didn’t have to do and I appreciate it. Thank you Daisy! You are worth 5 stars, but I can’t bring myself to leave 5 stars for this financial institution. Hours Mon-Fri 9-5, hit or miss atm machine, and the struggle we go through to communicate fraudulent purchases or obtain help in general after business hours is ridiculous. The branch is what lowers the score.

I’ve needed many things like quarters, new checks, checks printed the day Of.. I always get what I need. The only think I have to say is a con is the customers. Please come prepared and be getting ready while waiting in line. it would help the process and I’d be much happier if everyone could come prepared. The Customers! Not employees. I.
